Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:

• In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
• For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam).

Failure to comply with these conditions for accessing our site may constitute a material breach of the terms of use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and we will take any action we reasonably deem appropriate. We exclude liability for actions taken in response to such breaches.

Product Availability & Representation

Unfortunately from time to time items may become unavailable. We do our best to minimise these occurrences however if it should happen then we will contact you to suggest an appropriate alternative.

All photographs, descriptions and illustrations on this website are intended only to give a general idea of our products. Actual items may vary from those shown.

Ingredients and Allergy Information

Due to the use of shared equipment (e.g. scales/scoops) we cannot guarantee that any products are free from traces of nuts, gelatin, whey powder, cocoa powder, and certain 'E' numbers. All ingredients and additional information (eg. allergy advice) listed are for guidance purposes only and we accept no responsibility for any inaccuracies. Manufacturers and suppliers may change product ingredients at any time and our website might not reflect these changes. If you would like absolute clarification of ingredients or allergy information for specific products, please contact us and we will put you in touch with the manufacturers or suppliers direct.  We can not be held responsible for any health issues or allergic reactions which may arise as a result of consuming products purchased from us.

Price & Payment

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. Our prices include value added tax. Any delivery charges are additional. We accept payment by Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and Paypal. 

We reserve the right to cancel and/or refund any orders in cases where mispricing or technical faults have or may have occurred.

Security

All purchases with The Toddle In  are made through Sage Pay or Paypal, offering optimum security and fraud prevention.

We receive notification from Sage Pay or Paypal that payment against your credit/debit card has been authorised. We do not at any point see or store your credit card information.

Complaints & Customer Returns 

We do our utmost to ensure that that you will be completely satisfied with your order. However,  we appreciate that things can go wrong from time to time and  we make it a priority to deal with problems fairly and efficiently. If you have a compaint or would like to return an item, please contact shop@toddleinsweets.co.uk

Please note: we do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in perfect condition - we can not accept responsibility for the climatic conditions experienced once the product has been dispatched e.g. chocolate melting when exposed to heat

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it except, where indicated, any material published on this site by a third party or accessed via a third party link. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

The Toddle In logo, other trade marks, service marks and trade names used to identify the Toddle In and the services provided through it are the exclusive property of The Toddle In.

However, The Toddle in takes no responsibility whatsoever for information that is incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
